TL;DR

Product Operations Intern (AI): Designing and building an AI-augmented internal platform to automate product operations with an accent on API integrations and AI agent deployment. Focus on developing LLM-powered features, implementing RAG, and automating workflows between Productboard and Jira.

Location: Hybrid (Amersfoort, Netherlands). Must be present in the Amersfoort office a minimum of 4 days per week

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end technical implementation of the ProdOps Hub, including design, deployment, and iteration.
• Integrate internal tools like Productboard, Jira, Confluence, and Slack via APIs and webhooks.
• Develop LLM-powered features using prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and evals.
• Build AI agents with tool-use capabilities gated by human approval and audit logging.
• Collaborate with Product Managers as design partners to prototype and ship high-impact features.
• Maintain thorough documentation for code, architecture, and runbooks.

Requirements

• Current enrollment in an MBO or HBO program in software engineering, computer science, or a related technical field.
• Availability for a minimum of 3 months for an internship placement.
• Working knowledge of Python or Node.js/TypeScript, REST APIs, and webhooks.
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) and tool-use.
• Familiarity with at least one cloud platform (AWS/GCP/Azure) and basic CI/CD.
• Fluency in English and legal right to work in the Netherlands.
