What you will do
- Architect the global editorial strategy and content calendar across video, audio, and written mediums.
- Define global positioning, messaging, and tone of voice to establish the brand as a trusted media entity for founders.
- Direct the global PR strategy and secure Tier-1 media coverage through disruptive pitches and newsjacking.
- Lead and mentor a creative pod consisting of content marketing, organic social, PR, design, and events teams.
- Drive category design to shift market perception from basic accounting to modern business building.
- Monitor Share of Voice (SOV), organic traffic growth, and brand sentiment for C-suite reporting.
Requirements
- 8-10 years of marketing experience with a demonstrable focus on Brand, Content Strategy, PR, or Field Marketing.
- Proven track record of managing and scaling in-house creative and communications teams, preferably in B2B SaaS or Fintech.
- Portfolio of successful brand campaigns, multi-format event activations, or PR stunts.
- Experience scaling brand narratives across multiple international markets while maintaining global identity.
- Strong analytical skills to develop and track metrics for marketing effectiveness.
- Previous experience in a tech-driven scale-up; experience in accounting or corporate services is highly desired.
