Hourly Rate: $25.00 - $28.00

What you will do

• Schedule loan officer appointments, including new leads and Branch Manager meetings.
• Handle all incoming calls and assist Loan Processor with copying, faxing, and other clerical tasks.
• Manage branch lead tracker, database, and checklists within deadlines.
• Schedule weekly face-to-face meetings based on metrics and operations.
• Meet objectives for pre-qualifications and pre-approvals.
• Attend branch events to help build clientele; available for varying hours and overtime.

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish and English to communicate with internal/external customers.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years residential mortgage processing experience.
• Encompass experience required.
• Excellent math, analytical, communication, prioritization, and time management skills.
• Proficient in DU, LP, Microsoft Outlook & Windows.

Nice to have

• Experience with RESPA and knowledge of mortgage/consumer lending regulations and loan documents.
