What you will do

• Serve as the primary onsite technical resource for end users at a corporate office and regional sites.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues in alignment with SLAs.
• Deploy and support PCs, peripherals, and networking equipment.
• Support Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, Azure, and AWS environments.
• Maintain accurate technical documentation in IT Glue and ticketing systems.
• Collaborate with Service Desk and Engineering teams for issue escalation.

Requirements

• Must be able to work onsite daily in West Des Moines, IA.
• Ability to travel regionally across Iowa, South Dakota, and Minnesota.
• 2–4 years of experience in IT support or field services.
• High School Diploma or GED (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT preferred).
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.

Nice to have

• CompTIA A+ or Network+ certifications.
• Experience with MSP tools and environments (RMM, ticketing systems).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS.
