TL;DR

Customer Success Manager (Enterprise AI): Managing a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts to drive measurable business value from Proactive AI Agents with an accent on data analysis and AI-driven customer journeys. Focus on translating operational data into executive insights, designing GenAI-based use cases, and managing contract renewals.

Location: Must be based in the USA. Work format is Remote, with a hirify.global-FLEX hybrid model (2 days office, 3 days remote) available for those near offices.

What you will do

  • Manage a book of strategic enterprise accounts, ensuring business value realization and proactive renewal risk management.
  • Analyze customer and operational data to identify trends and translate them into executive-ready insights.
  • Design and evolve customer journeys leveraging GenAI capabilities, including prompts, guardrails, and technical specifications.
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to present performance and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • Partner with Professional Services, Product, and Sales to coordinate cross-functional delivery.
  • Support renewal and expansion motions through data-backed business cases.

Requirements

  • Experience managing post-sale relationships for enterprise or strategic accounts.
  • Proven ability to use data analysis to guide customer decisions and executive conversations.
  • Experience creating technical specifications and requirements documentation for implementations.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel or similar data tools.
  • Experience working with large, process-driven organizations.
  • Must be based in the USA.
