What you will do

• Act as the primary technical liaison for assigned enterprise and industrial customers, focusing on operational support.
• Perform regular health checks, tune sensor configurations, and manage platform upgrades to ensure system health.
• Design and implement new features, integrations, dashboards, and custom queries to unlock customer use-cases.
• Develop customer-specific documentation and deliver knowledge-transfer workshops on new releases and best practices.
• Investigate incidents and drive issues to root-cause closure in collaboration with Technical Support.
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to share field feedback and steer roadmap priorities.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in technical support, system administration, or technical consulting.
• Strong knowledge of networking concepts (OSI model, TCP/IP, VLANs) and infrastructure (firewalls, switches).
• Proficiency in general cybersecurity principles, including Active Directory and PCAP analysis.
• Familiarity with Windows, FreeBSD, Unix/Linux OS, virtualization, and basic scripting or API usage.
• Professional fluency in written and spoken English.
• Must be based in Saudi Arabia (KSA).

Nice to have

• Exposure to OT/ICS environments and protocols.
• Experience with hirify.global products or similar cybersecurity platforms.
• Technical certifications such as CompTIA Security+, Network+, CCNA, or GICSP.
