What you will do

• Implement and validate cybersecurity controls across a global OT environment, ensuring adherence to industry frameworks like IEC 62443 and NIST.
• Perform OT cybersecurity risk and vulnerability assessments, participating in audits and root cause analysis of security events.
• Deploy and manage OT security solutions, including network segmentation, Privileged Remote Access (PRA), and IDS/IPS.
• Conduct asset discovery and inventory management using passive OT monitoring platforms such as Nozomi, Claroty, or Tenable.
• Collaborate with data center operations to ensure security controls maintain system uptime and operational resilience.
• Evaluate the security of new products and technologies prior to adoption by data center teams.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience deploying and configuring OT security solutions (IDS, SRA, PRA, Firewalls, Endpoint security).
• Working knowledge of BMS, EPMS, SCADA, and PLC platforms (e.g., Siemens, Schneider, Rockwell).
• Proficiency with industrial protocols (Modbus, DNP3, BACnet, OPC, S7, CIP) and networking (Routing/Switching/VLANs).
• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Engineering, or 4+ years of equivalent technical experience.
• At least 3 years of experience performing Cybersecurity Risk assessments in an IT/OT environment.
• Must be based in Cyberjaya, Malaysia.

Nice to have

• Certifications such as ISA/IEC 62443, CCNA, CCNP, GICSP, or GRID.
• Familiarity with ISO/IEC 27001, NIST CSF, and the Perdue Enterprise Reference Architecture (PERA).
• Previous experience working within a Data Center environment.
