What you will do

• Lead SOC or Cyber Defense teams in monitoring and protecting industrial environments.
• Manage security for OT/ICS environments, including SCADA, ICS, and DCS networks.
• Ensure adherence to industrial cybersecurity frameworks including IEC62443, NIS2, and NIST.
• Manage stakeholders within maritime, offshore, energy, or critical infrastructure sectors.
• Drive the growth and efficiency of the cyber defense operations.

Requirements

• 7+ years of cybersecurity experience, specifically within OT/ICS environments.
• Strong technical knowledge of SCADA, ICS, DCS, and industrial networks.
• Proven experience in leading SOC or Cyber Defense teams.
• Expertise in IEC62443, NIS2, NIST, and other industrial cybersecurity frameworks.
• Must be based in Portugal to align with the local contract and operations.
