What you will do

• Lead the accounting, finance, and admin functions for hirify.global Australia, partnering with Sales, Marketing, and Operation teams.
• Develop and control the annual operating budget to ensure financial targets and statutory regulations are met.
• Drive business initiatives, profitability, and cash generation as a business partner to New Business and Life Cycle Service teams.
• Manage daily accounting tasks including AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliation, and month-end closing processes.
• Ensure compliance with local corporate, tax, and labor laws, as well as internal group accounting manuals.
• Oversee general administrative functions, including office suppliers, IT equipment, and company secretary liaison.

Requirements

• University degree or professional qualification in Finance and Accounting.
• 5-7 years of professional experience in Finance and Accounting.
• Proficiency in financial software such as SAP B1, S4Hana, and Cognos.
• Experience in financial planning and reporting within a global functional and matrix organization.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• Ability to work according to Australian time zones and European closing schedules.
