What you will do

• Develop resilient distributed services and tooling to support product operations and engineering.
• Investigate and debug complex issues spanning teams and applications.
• Drive software delivery and improve engineering processes for development and release.

Requirements

• Legal authorization to work in Poland required on first day; no visa sponsorship.
• Proven backend software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in server-side OO languages like Java.
• Proficiency with Linux.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, monitoring, logging, containers, Kubernetes, and infrastructure-as-code.
• Familiarity with HTTP, REST, and web APIs.
• Comfortable working independently with bias for action in ambiguous environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
