What you will do

  • Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with client objectives, brand positioning, and target audiences.
  • Plan, create, and schedule weekly content to ensure consistency, quality, and client satisfaction.
  • Design visually compelling graphics and create engaging short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
  • Adapt content tone and messaging to match the specific voice and identity of various brands.
  • Analyze performance metrics to optimize content and inform strategic adjustments.
  • Manage direct communication and collaboration with clients to ensure high service standards.

Requirements

  • 2–3+ years of experience in social media management, ideally managing multiple brands.
  • Must be based in Romania (SRL or PFA required for invoicing).
  • Strong visual sensibility and proficiency with tools such as Canva or Adobe Suite.
  • Proven experience creating and editing short-form video content with a focus on storytelling.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple content calendars and deadlines independently.

Nice to have

  • Experience with SEO and professional copywriting.
  • Knowledge of paid Ads and advanced analytics tools.
  • Experience with content scheduling tools.
