What you will do

• Plan, create, publish, and manage daily social media content in coordination with internal teams.
• Design and implement social media strategies aligned with organisational goals for organic and paid channels.
• Manage and moderate online communities, ensuring engagement and adherence to priorities.
• Monitor KPIs, analyse performance, trends, and campaign effectiveness.
• Set up, manage, and optimise social media advertising campaigns.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and partners like influencers to amplify reach.
• Design visual assets including infographics, banners, templates, and simple animations ensuring brand consistency.

Requirements

• University Degree and minimum 3-5 years of experience in social media management and digital content strategy.
• Strong graphic design skills with hands-on experience in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar.
• Ability to translate communication objectives into engaging editorial and visual content.
• Solid understanding of social media analytics, performance tracking, and reporting.
• Experience managing organic and paid social media activities.
• Fluency in written and verbal English; any other EU language is an advantage.
• Strong organisational skills to manage multiple priorities autonomously.
