TL;DR

Middle Talent Business Partner: Support Call Center department across full-cycle recruitment, HR operations, and employee lifecycle processes with an accent on hiring agent-level to manager roles and ongoing people-process coordination. Focus on partnering with leadership, handling admin workflows, conducting 1:1s, and resolving team issues.

Location: Full-time remote, GMT+3 timezone (Sunday-Thursday)

Leading insurance provider in GCC building a digital ecosystem with platforms like hirify.global.online and hirify.global app.

What you will do

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment: intake, sourcing, interviews, offers for agent, sales, support, team lead, and manager roles
  • Partner with Call Center leadership, managers, and Talent team on business context and operations
  • Support onboarding, probation, employee lifecycle, offboarding, and HR admin (leaves, attendance, documentation)
  • Handle payroll coordination, maintain HR records, and improve policies/workflows
  • Conduct 1:1s, gather feedback, identify pain points, monitor team atmosphere, and resolve conflicts
  • Contribute to a healthy, productive working environment

Requirements

  • English C1 with clear spoken English, good pronunciation, business vocabulary
  • 3+ years in HR and recruitment, hands-on for agent/sales/support/call center roles and team lead/manager positions
  • Strong HR operations: onboarding, adaptation, support, admin, offboarding, payroll coordination
  • Experience with Slack/Jira/HR systems like HiBob/ATS/CRM
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, conflict resolution, ownership in dynamic environment

Nice to have

  • Arabic language
  • Understanding of Egypt/MENA/Middle East business/cultural context
  • Experience supporting remote/distributed teams
