What you will do

• Lead NGS product development and drive process enhancements with innovative solutions.
• Manage and supervise a team of direct reports to build and validate robust products.
• Oversee the verification and validation of LDT per CAP/CLIA and NYS standards.
• Perform advanced data analysis using statistical tools such as JMP, R, or Python.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to drive strategic R&D decisions and product performance.

Requirements

• PhD or BS/MS in molecular biology or a related field.
• 6-8 years post-PhD or 10+ years post-BS/MS experience for Associate Director; 4+ years for Manager level.
• Must be based in Austin, TX.
• Prior experience in NGS, CLIA, and high-throughput automation.
• Proven experience managing teams of 3+ employees and cross-functional collaboration.
