What you will do

• Recruit, hire, train, and lead a high-performing field team of Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs).
• Partner with commercial field leadership to support pre- and post-sale activities and drive regional performance goals.
• Engage with clinicians and KOLs through formal presentations, Grand Rounds, and educational programs to drive clinical adoption.
• Assist institutions in implementing best practices, protocols, and workflows to maximize the clinical utility of IntelliSep.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Regulatory teams to relay field insights for product development.
• Review promotional and educational materials to ensure total scientific and medical accuracy.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's degree; preferably RN, NP, PA, or PharmD.
• 15+ years of combined experience in patient-facing clinical settings and MSL roles within biotech, pharma, or medical device industries.
• Experience managing teams, preferably 5+ years.
• Proven track record of effective scientific communication and public speaking with diverse audiences.
• Experience with clinical practice transformation and supporting complex diagnostic sales.
• Ability to travel up to 50% to visit customers and attend events.
