What you will do

  • Define and own KPIs including sign-up volume, activation rates, referral contribution, and CAC.
  • Generate growth ideas and hypotheses, translating them into briefs for product teams.
  • Collaborate with PO on delivery, reviewing specs and signing off outputs.
  • Partner with Marketing on campaigns, landing pages, and acquisition messaging.
  • Work with Legal and Compliance to handle KYB while maintaining conversion rates.
  • Present results and plans to leadership, track competitors and market trends.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in product, growth, or commercial role within B2B SaaS or fintech.
  • Experience owning and improving self-serve sign-up or onboarding funnels.
  • Involvement in B2B referral or incentive programs.
  • Comfortable with funnel analytics tools like Customer.io or Mixpanel.
  • Proven ability to define strategy and deliver it.
  • Strong communication skills for presenting to senior stakeholders.

Nice to have

  • Experience in payments, merchant acquiring, or onboarding.
  • Familiarity with KYB and its impact on conversions.
  • Work in BO/PO separation environment.
  • Exposure to European SME or merchant segment.
