Location: Remote (United States), requires active or ability to obtain U.S. national security clearance, US citizenship, and occasional travel to customer sites

Salary: 120,000 - 150,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into infrastructure solutions and optimizations for performance, scalability, and cost savings.
• Design, develop, and maintain Windchill & ThingWorx Navigate images for developers.
• Install PTC software, apply critical patch sets, perform upgrades, rehosts, and security updates across production and non-production environments.
• Conduct testing, debug issues with sustainment team, and manage daily/weekly/monthly Windchill maintenance including GUI and backend tasks.
• Develop technical documentation and stay current with Windchill and AWS best practices.

Requirements

• Currently hold or able to obtain U.S. security clearance and be a US citizen.
• PTC certifications for Windchill and relevant AWS certifications.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years with Windchill PLM & ThingWorx installations, patching, upgrades, rehosts; 3 years AWS for Windchill.
• Experience with Ansible, Active Directory, AppStream, Oracle DB, Red Hat Linux, Windows Server, networking, STIGs, virtualized environments.
• Windchill System & Business Administration knowledge, scripting, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.

• Database management (Oracle, SQL Server) and SQL scripting.
