What you will do

• Lead the development, execution, and documentation of test strategies, plans, and reports in accordance with DoD standards.
• Coordinate system-level integration testing, verification and validation (V&V), and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Generate and collect Objective Quality Evidence (OQE) artifacts to support system certification and accreditation.
• Define and manage test environments, data sets, and Requirement Traceability Matrices (RTMs).
• Collaborate with developers and cybersecurity teams to identify and resolve defects.
• Ensure test documentation complies with contract deliverables (CDRLs) such as TEMP and STP.

Requirements

• Active U.S. Security Clearance or ability to obtain one (must be a US Citizen).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in software/system testing and V&V roles.
• Strong working knowledge of test planning and documentation aligned with DoD standards.
• Experience producing OQE artifacts for system certification reviews.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint.

Nice to have

• Experience with PLM platforms (e.g., Windchill, Teamcenter, Enovia) or enterprise systems.
• Familiarity with RMF, ATO, and STIG compliance.
• Knowledge of test automation frameworks and scripting (e.g., Selenium, Python, XML, JSON).
• Security+ or other DoD 8570-compliant certifications.
• Exposure to Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and Model-Based Testing (MBT).
