Wave Test Lead

TL;DR

Wave Test Lead (Momentum ERP): Leading testing activities and team for federal financial ERP implementation releases with an accent on test planning, script development, and defect management. Focus on supervising system testers, coordinating with clients and vendors, and ensuring resolution of testing issues.

Location: Remote (US, occasional travel to Washington, DC and Austin, TX required). Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance required.

Salary: $150,000 - $165,000 a year

What you will do

• Collaborate with government client on planning, training, and testing of new financial system, coordinating with vendors to resolve issues.
• Review and develop updated test plans for implementation releases.
• Supervise team of 5-10 testers across application functionality, configuration, interfaces, reports, and data conversion.
• Develop system test scripts using automated testing tools.
• Maintain and prioritize testing defect log shared with client and vendors.
• Provide technical and managerial direction for ERP-related functional domains.

Requirements

• Masters + 10 years or Bachelors + 14 years experience supporting Momentum or similar financial management software implementations at large federal agency
• Experience leading testing for financial/acquisition systems at large government agency
• Experience leading team of at least 5 in testing or system implementations
• At least 5 years Momentum experience
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance

Nice to have

• Experience with Department of Veterans Affairs or Veterans Health Administration.
• Experience leading meetings with senior federal executives.
• Experience with automated testing tools like Selenium, Cucumber, or Eggplant.
