Location: Must be based in Mexico, Uruguay, Argentina, or Colombia. Position may require travel to Cancún, México.

What you will do

• Define and enforce architectural standards and guardrails across AI and web initiatives.
• Design and oversee agent-based systems leveraging frameworks such as LangChain, OpenAI Agents SDK, LlamaIndex, and Semantic Kernel.
• Establish patterns for agent orchestration, tool usage, memory management, and multi-agent collaboration.
• Provide architectural oversight for Salesforce migration and ensure alignment between Salesforce and AI capabilities.
• Promote AI-first development practices, including agent-assisted SDLC workflows.
• Engage with client stakeholders to explain architectural decisions, trade-offs, and risks.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in software architecture or senior technical roles.
• Proven experience designing and implementing agent-based AI systems and multi-agent orchestration.
• Hands-on experience with LLM frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel) and RAG patterns.
• Experience with vector databases, Model Context Protocol (MCP), and AI evaluation frameworks.
• Strong understanding of modern web application architectures and cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Native Spanish and professional English proficiency.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud or alternative frontend architectures.
• Experience working in multi-vendor environments.
• Background in integrating Salesforce platforms.
