TL;DR

Senior Product Manager (Oracle Fusion SCM): Owning the end-to-end Oracle Fusion Supply Chain lifecycle from strategy and roadmap to hands-on configuration and delivery with an accent on supply chain and manufacturing processes. Focus on driving platform adoption, implementing AI-driven automation for forecasting, and ensuring SOX compliance within a regulated environment.

Location: Must be based in San Carlos, CA

What you will do

  • Own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for Oracle Fusion SCM, including Demand Planning, MRP, PDH, Manufacturing, and Logistics.
  • Perform hands-on configuration and lead end-to-end solution delivery, including design, UAT, and release readiness.
  • Act as the primary strategic advisor for Supply Chain & Manufacturing leadership to prioritize initiatives based on business impact.
  • Drive operational transformation by resolving process inefficiencies and championing AI and intelligent automation use cases.
  • Partner with data engineering to translate data into actionable insights using OTBI and BI Publisher.
  • Ensure SOX compliance and operational controls across all manufacturing and inventory processes.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience owning or delivering ERP Supply Chain solutions.
  • 3+ years of hands-on Oracle Fusion SCM experience (design, configuration, testing, and support).
  • Deep functional expertise across Demand Planning, PDH, MRP/Supply Planning, Manufacturing, Inventory, and Logistics.
  • Experience with PLM/NIR workflows and quality processes in regulated environments.
  • Must be based in San Carlos, CA.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with executive presence.

Nice to have

  • Big 4 or Tier-1 consulting experience delivering Oracle SCM solutions.
  • Oracle Fusion SCM certifications.
  • Experience in life sciences manufacturing.
  • Experience supporting M&A integrations or rapid business scale.
