Teamcenter Data Engineer (PLM): Designing and configuring compliant Teamcenter BMIDE data models to establish a unified PLM environment for the Naval Enterprise with an accent on data modeling, schema extensions, and enterprise design standards. Location: Saint Paul, MN. Must be a US Citizen and hold (or be able to obtain) an active U.S. national security clearance. Telework flexibility available; travel to customer sites may be required.

Salary: $159,400 - $182,400 per year

What you will do

• Design, configure, and maintain Teamcenter data models using BMIDE, including object types, attributes, and business rules.
• Develop, deploy, and support BMIDE templates and extensions across development and production environments.
• Translate Navy engineering, logistics, and lifecycle management requirements into scalable PLM data structures.
• Enforce data modeling standards, naming conventions, and BMIDE best practices to ensure consistency and compliance.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive data documentation, including data dictionaries and schema diagrams.
• Collaborate with solution architects and stakeholders to align data model design with system capabilities.

Requirements

• Must be a US Citizen and currently hold or be able to obtain an active U.S. security clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience supporting enterprise system implementations (PLM, ERP, MRP, etc.).
• Experience with data modeling, data migration, data mapping, and legacy system consolidation.
• Ability to create and maintain structured data documentation like data dictionaries and schema definitions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools like Confluence or SharePoint.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Teamcenter BMIDE development and configuration.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented data structures and PLM data modeling concepts.
• Experience with system integrations using SOA services, XML, or JSON.
• Familiarity with Teamcenter ITK and server-side customization concepts.
• CompTIA Security+ Certification.
