Salary: $60,000 – $180,000 USD

What you will do

• Gather and document functional and technical requirements for Oracle Projects (Project Accounting, Costing, and Billing).
• Configure project templates, task structures, expenditure types, and billing setups.
• Validate and document integrations with GL, AP, AR, PO, and Federal Financials (FV).
• Develop and execute Unit, SIT, and UAT test scripts while tracking defect resolution.
• Support RICE (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions) documentation and validation.
• Provide first-line functional support to end users and triage issues for escalation.

Requirements

• Active Secret Clearance and U.S. Citizenship.
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle EBS Projects modules (PA, PC, PB).
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proficiency in WBS design, budget setup, and cost distribution.
• Experience with SIT/UAT testing and data reconciliation.

Nice to have

• Oracle EBS R12 Projects experience and certifications.
• Knowledge of federal project accounting (LOA, appropriations) and NICRA.
• Experience with BI Publisher, Oracle Discoverer, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Familiarity with federal reporting requirements such as FFATA, DATA Act, and OMB A-123.
