What you will do

• Design web experiences, pages, and elements that help women discover, trust, and start using hirify.global
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, marketers, and engineers on A/B tests focusing on lead generation and conversion metrics
• Manage full design lifecycle: concepts, user journey mapping, wireframing, high-fidelity mockups
• Use qualitative and quantitative data to inform decisions, validate hypotheses, and measure design impact
• Contribute to design system, brand, and broader design initiatives

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of web design experience with portfolio of marketing sites or conversion-focused flows
• Growth mindset with understanding of marketing strategies and user psychology
• Data-driven approach to inform design and measure impact
• Strong visual design skills in layout, typography, color, motion, and interaction
• Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite
• Self-motivation and ability to thrive in fast-paced, agile environment

• Experience with marketing or growth teams
• Basic front-end knowledge (HTML/CSS)
• Contributions to design systems
