What you will do

• Design UX/UI solutions for web and mobile products used by global customers.
• Create user flows, wireframes, interfaces, and high-fidelity prototypes.
• Leverage AI tools across research, ideation, wireframing, prototyping, and validation.
• Build, maintain, and evolve scalable design systems.
• Collaborate with development teams and participate in user research activities.
• Iteratively improve products based on user feedback, data, and insights.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience designing production-ready digital products for web and mobile.
• Strong portfolio with case studies demonstrating design process and impact.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma (components, variants, auto layout, prototypes).
• Hands-on experience using AI tools within UX/UI design workflows.
• English: Proficiency required to communicate ideas and decisions.
• Location: Willingness to work in a hybrid model in Poland.
