What you will do

• Direct multi-camera live and live-to-tape studio programs for news, talk, sports, and special events.
• Plan and direct audio/video aspects, interpret scripts, block cameras, and collaborate with producers, cast, and crew.
• Lead control room and studio technicians, coordinate schedules, and oversee graphics/sponsorship playback.
• Participate in production, editorial, and technical planning meetings; contribute ideas for improvements.
• Perform on-site surveys for remote studio shows.

Requirements

• College degree or equivalent experience; minimum 5 years as Show Director in live TV production.
• Experience launching broadcast/TV programs; strong knowledge of broadcast/production technology.
• Exceptional communication, storytelling, editorial judgment; creative, organized, detail-oriented.
• High initiative, team player, strong work ethic; willing to take feedback.
• Must work nights/weekends; physically based in Stamford, CT; US work authorization; 18+ years old.
