What you will do

• Lead end-to-end production for film, video, and social content from concept through delivery.
• Manage pre-sale activities, including scoping, budgeting, and pitching production approaches.
• Oversee production financials, bidding, and cost management to ensure profitability.
• Manage and mentor producers, serving as the senior escalation point across projects.
• Coordinate resource planning and assignment of producers and freelancers.
• Lead shoots and on-set production, including necessary travel.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in content production (film, video, branded content, social).
• Proven experience at the Executive Producer or Director of Production level.
• Strong background in "showbiz" (show and film production).
• Deep expertise in line producing, bidding, and production financial management.
• Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills.
• Willing and able to travel for shoots.
