Designer I (Revit): Building discipline fundamentals through hands-on Revit modeling, coordination, and documentation for Telecom/ICT, Audiovisual, Security, Acoustics, Network, and Wi-Fi projects with an accent on hirify.global’s workflows, tools, and standards. Focus on preparing models, updating drawings, assisting with reports and calculations, supporting coordination activities, and participating in structured training journeys.

Location: Remote - United States. Must be eligible to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship

What you will do

• Prepare and update Revit models, drawings, sheets, and markups aligned with engineering direction.
• Support coordination activities, implement redlines, and participate in BIM discussions.
• Document design updates, decisions, meeting notes, and maintain accurate project tools.
• Assist with reports, calculations, diagrams, research, and product evaluations as directed.
• Participate in project meetings, daily huddles, training journeys, and shadowing senior staff.
• Occasionally support site visits, clash detection, and existing conditions verification.

Requirements

• Must be eligible to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship available
• BS in Engineering (Electrical preferred), Architecture, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• 0–2 years experience in AEC industry, design, drafting, technology systems, or related.
• Strong organizational, communication skills; ability to follow direction and apply feedback.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Slack; willingness to learn Autodesk tools, Asana, etc.
• Occasional travel to client sites; ability to handle physical demands like site walks.

Nice to have

• Exposure to Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud.
• Familiarity with BIM coordination, construction documents, building design process.
• Foundational knowledge of technology systems (Telecom/ICT, AV, Security, etc.).
• Industry certifications: EIT, CDT, Revit/BIM/drafting.
