What you will do

• Solve challenging firmware and hardware issues with servers using in-depth system architecture knowledge.
• Execute workarounds and solutions for IT hardware problems.
• Act as subject matter expert and escalation point for L1/L2 technicians.
• Create new processes and documentation for IT hardware team.
• Collaborate with vendors on warranty replacements (RMA) and manage requests.
• Improve support processes, documentation, and training materials.

Requirements

• High proficiency in spoken and written English
• Knowledge of datacenters and server equipment
• Deep knowledge of IT hardware and practical troubleshooting experience
• Skills working with Unix/Linux operating system and command line
• Experience with equipment monitoring, data analysis, and presentation
• Proactiveness and sense of responsibility

Nice to have

• Skills repairing electronics at component level (SMD)
• Knowledge of network equipment and troubleshooting
• Driving license type B
