Location: Remote - Must be based in the United Kingdom (approximately 25% travel to client sites required)

Salary: £70,000 - £85,000 a year

What you will do

• Lead and deliver discipline-specific designs, drawings, specifications, and calculations for Telecom/ICT systems.
• Coordinate with clients and design partners to ensure alignment and resolve technical issues.
• Manage small projects independently and support the execution of larger projects under mentorship.
• Lead BIM coordination efforts, including clash detection and model review using Revit.
• Maintain organized project documentation in GitHub, Asana, and Design Decision Logs.
• Contribute to new pursuits by preparing technical inputs and fee assumptions.

Requirements

• BS in Engineering (Electrical preferred), Architecture, or equivalent technical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in the AEC industry with strong proficiency in Revit and coordinated modeling.
• Must be based in the United Kingdom to support client site visits (approx. 25% of work).
• Ability to manage workloads across several projects and meet deadlines independently.
• Solid technical understanding of technology systems and engineering principles.
• Proficiency with Navisworks, AutoCAD, Bluebeam Studio, and GitHub.

Nice to have

• RCDD (Telecom) certification.
• EIT, CDT, or PEng certifications.
