Location: Remote (United States). Must be eligible to work in the US; no visa sponsorship provided. Approximately 25% of work requires travel to client sites.

Salary: $145,000 - $180,000 a year

What you will do

• Lead discipline-specific design efforts and serve as a subject matter expert for Audiovisual and ICT projects.
• Act as Project Lead on selected engagements, ensuring profitable delivery and alignment with scope.
• Mentor engineers and designers through technical guidance, design reviews, and actionable feedback.
• Improve internal systems by authoring Pull Requests and updating discipline standards and workflows.
• Cultivate strong client relationships as a trusted technical advisor and support strategic pursuits and interviews.
• Maintain detailed project documentation using GitHub, Asana, and Design Decision Logs (DDL).

Requirements

• Must be eligible to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship available).
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical preferred), Architecture, or equivalent technical experience.
• 8+ years of experience in AEC or related professional services focusing on AV, ICT, or Acoustics.
• Proficiency in Autodesk (AutoCAD, Revit), Bluebeam Studio, and GitHub.
• Ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder projects with minimal oversight.

Nice to have

• CTS-D (Audiovisual) certification.
• EIT, PE, CDT, or PMP certifications.
