Salary: $110,000 – $140,000 per year

What you will do

• Own discipline-specific deliverables, including designs, drawings, specifications, and calculations for AV systems.
• Lead small projects and support larger ones, ensuring work aligns with company standards and documentation practices.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and design partners through project meetings and programming sessions.
• Manage BIM coordination efforts, including clash detection, model review, and cross-discipline resolution.
• Maintain model health and provide senior-level production support using Revit and other AEC tools.
• Contribute to the firm's internal systems by updating documentation and improving workflows.

Requirements

• Must be eligible to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
• BS in Engineering (Electrical preferred), Architecture, or equivalent technical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in the AEC industry with strong proficiency in Revit and construction documentation.
• Experience delivering technology system designs (ICT, AV, Acoustics).
• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit; familiarity with Navisworks, AutoCAD, Bluebeam Studio, and Asana.
• Ability to perform technical calculations and conduct product research with limited guidance.

Nice to have

• Industry certifications: EIT, CDT, CTS (AV), or PE.
• Experience leading BIM coordination and managing worksets/view templates.
