What you will do

• Evaluate incoming requests and define technical scope for engineering involvement.
• Prioritize tasks and initiatives based on business impact, urgency, and team capacity.
• Own the delivery of technical projects, ensuring quality and stakeholder expectations are met.
• Translate business needs into clear technical requirements, user stories, and actionable tasks.
• Proactively manage stakeholder expectations and communicate timelines, trade-offs, and risks.
• Partner with engineering leads to plan capacity and optimize team workload.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management within a tech environment.
• Proven experience working closely with engineering teams and a solid understanding of software development processes.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements (user stories, tickets, etc.).
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Basic technical understanding of web or software development.

Nice to have

• Experience working with marketing or content-related teams.
• Project Management certification (PMI or equivalent).
