What you will do

• Provide technical expertise and support across all company NDT activities and inspection methods.
• Develop, review, and optimise NDT techniques, procedures, and inspection plans.
• Manage selection, verification, and use of NDT equipment for quality inspections.
• Mentor and support NDT personnel to build competency and inspection quality.
• Oversee safe use of ionising radiation as Senior Radiation Protection Supervisor.
• Implement radiation protection procedures, conduct monitoring, safety checks, and dose assessments.
• Coordinate with advisers and regulators on compliance and lead incident response.

Requirements

• PCN / ISO 9712 Level 3 Radiographic Testing
• PCN / ISO 9712 Level 2 Computed Radiographic Testing (working towards Level 3)
• PCN / ISO 9712 Level 2 Advanced Radiation Safety (ARS)
• Balance of practical delivery experience and technical knowledge in NDT and radiation protection
• Appreciation of UKAS 17020 accreditation
• Previous supervisory experience within an NDT/Inspection department
• Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines without compromising quality
• High level of personal authenticity, confidentiality, integrity, and transparency
