TL;DR
Designer (Visual & IA) (Generative AI): Creating and adapting digital and visual design assets across diverse creative projects with an accent on graphic design fundamentals, image editing, and AI-assisted workflows. Focus on developing generative AI prompts, experimenting with tools such as Midjourney, and translating creative direction into polished production-ready solutions.
Location: San Jose, Costa Rica; office attendance required at least 3 days per week

What you will do
- Create and adapt digital and visual design assets for varied creative projects and deliverables.
- Develop visual concepts aligned with creative direction, brand standards, and project objectives.
- Edit, retouch, and optimize imagery using Photoshop and other Adobe Creative Suite tools.
- Explore generative AI platforms, prompting techniques, and AI-assisted or agentic creative workflows.
- Collaborate with Creative Directors, Associate Creatives, and cross-functional teams to produce polished design solutions.
- Manage multiple projects, maintain organized design files in Figma and related tools, and deliver work on schedule.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in graphic design, digital design, visual design, or a related creative field.
- Strong knowledge of composition, typography, layout, color, imagery, and visual hierarchy.
- Strong proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, including image editing and retouching.
- Experience with AI-powered creative tools and generative AI platforms, with familiarity with Midjourney or similar tools.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher, both written and verbal.
- Strong communication, collaboration, adaptability, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
Nice to have
- Exposure to AI-assisted or agentic creative workflows.
- Experience working with international clients or global creative teams.
- Familiarity with Slack, Zoom, Jira, Trello, Asana, Basecamp, Google Drive, or similar tools.
