TL;DR
Visual Designer (Fintech): Creating sales, web, social, and content visuals that translate complex ideas into clear diagrams, charts, and branded assets with an accent on enterprise marketing materials, data visualization, and visual consistency. Focus on designing decks, landing-page graphics, infographics, and AI-assisted assets for a fintech startup within established brand guidelines.
Location: Fully remote for candidates based in EU timezones; visa sponsorship is not available.

What you will do
- Design sales decks, one-pagers, comparison charts, and templates for enterprise sales.
- Create LinkedIn graphics and templates that support brand messaging.
- Develop hero images, section graphics, and supporting visuals for websites and landing pages.
- Produce icons, illustrations, infographics, diagrams, and charts for white papers, blogs, and long-form content.
- Own and continuously evolve the visual language across sales, web, content, and social assets.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of professional visual design experience producing marketing collateral, web graphics, or design assets.
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Proficiency in Figma for web-based and interface design.
- Experience creating data visualizations, diagrams, infographics, sales materials, landing pages, and social media graphics.
- Ability to deliver visual assets quickly within established brand guidelines.
- Availability to work within an EU-compatible timezone.
Nice to have
- Background in B2B SaaS, fintech, or identity and compliance domains.
- Hands-on curiosity about AI design tools and experience integrating them into the workflow.
