Product Manager (Security Team)

Product Manager (Security Team): Develop and manage opportunities to grow revenue and improve margins in the Global Financial Self Service Market (ATMs) with an accent on strategy evolution, P&L management, and product lifecycle. Focus on driving programs, specifying requirements through market research, and transforming security concepts into marketable solutions with cross-functional teams.

What you will do

• Drive multiple programs at module/product level to create demand and results in targeted segments/geographies.
• Manage P&Ls focused on profitable growth and move modules/products through Solution Lifecycle Management.
• Develop Annual Business and Operational Plans including strategy, market factors, revenue projections, and disruptive innovation.
• Work with Sales, Services, Design & Engineering, and Operations to solve complex business issues.
• Specify product requirements via market research, customer communication, and competitive analysis.
• Align revenue/profit for ATM portfolio, support sales with training, presentations, and RFP responses.

Requirements

• Engineering-related Degree and/or MBA.
• Minimum 3 years of related experience.
• Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills.
• Management of multi-disciplinary teams in cross-functional environments.
• Excellent communication skills and proven track record of delivering results.
• Domain knowledge in Financial Self Service, NCR products, and WCS Services.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Criminal Landscape in ATM Fleets.
• Experience with Security organizations (EAST, LINK, ATMIA).
• ATM Security Compliance and Standards knowledge.
• Auditing experience.
• Cryptographic knowledge.
