What you will do

• Develop deep understanding of real estate market through latest research, historical data, and trends
• Take ownership of opportunistic regions and participate in team pursuits and marketing strategies
• Conduct extensive cold calling, face-to-face prospecting, and business development
• Create and organize detailed database for tenant pursuits and schedule meetings with prospects
• Contribute to building tours, presentations, proposals, and report preparation
• Maintain daily interactions with clients and prospects and participate in firm marketing

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• Understanding of client needs and dedication to service
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to work independently and as a team player
• Drive towards common goals in a collaborative environment

Nice to have

• 1-3 years of similar client business development experience
