What you will do

• Create and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets and drive business growth
• Prospect new clients via cold calling, emailing, networking events, and referrals
• Conduct needs analysis to deliver tailored advertising solutions
• Build and maintain post-sale client relationships for satisfaction and retention
• Stay updated on OTT/CTV trends and provide consultative advice
• Forecast sales performance and attend industry events for lead generation
• Plan regional travel to strengthen relationships and develop accounts

Requirements

• 3+ years sales experience in digital advertising or media industry; CTV experience highly desirable
• Established relationships with independent agencies and direct clients in home market/dedicated region (US focus)
• Proven track record of business development from cold calls to renewals
• Self-motivated with strong problem-solving and strategic thinking
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
