What you will do

  • Provide front-line support via SolarPeople Service Desk, resolving queries, processing HR transactions, and managing high-volume tier 1-2 cases.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and contractor management, including system error resolution, account provisioning, and progress monitoring.
  • Gather, produce, and deliver scheduled/ad-hoc reports from HR systems, utilizing data visualization tools like graphs and PowerPoint.
  • Perform data audits, root-cause analysis, and quality assurance to identify and resolve issues.
  • Collaborate with People teams on projects like system migrations, testing, and employee self-service improvements.
  • Maintain Knowledge Base, document processes, and train team members on HR systems.

Requirements

  • Experience with HR systems such as SuccessFactors, Greenhouse, or similar HRIS.
  • Strong data analytics, reporting, and visualization skills (graphs, infographics, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle complex troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and data corrections/mass uploads.
  • Front-line support experience via service desk platforms, with SLA adherence.
  • Knowledge of HR processes including onboarding, recruitment, and contractor management.
  • Located in Manila, Philippines.
