What you will do

• Design, develop, and execute test cases to validate system functionality and end-to-end business processes.
• Maintain automated test scripts using tools like Eggplant, Selenium, or Katalon.
• Support validation efforts across integrated systems including PLM and ERP.
• Coordinate internal testing activities such as smoke, system, functional, and regression testing.
• Produce Objective Quality Evidence (OQE) artifacts to support DoD compliance and system certification.
• Identify and track defects while collaborating with development and functional teams to ensure resolution.

Requirements

• Active U.S. Security Clearance (or ability to obtain one) and US Citizenship.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 2+ years of experience with test automation frameworks and scripting (Python, Selenium, Katalon, etc.).
• Experience with PLM platforms (e.g., Windchill, Teamcenter, Enovia) or other enterprise systems.
• Knowledge of test planning and documentation aligned with DoD standards.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with DoD or federal system development lifecycle (SDLC) processes and documentation standards.
• Understanding of RMF, ATO, and Cybersecurity Testing/Validation (STIG compliance).
• Exposure to Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and Model-Based Testing (MBT) practices.
• Security+ or other DoD 8570-compliant certifications.
