TL;DR

VIP & Institutional Client Services (APAC): Serve as the primary point of contact for highest-value customers and institutions using hirify.global products with an accent on dedicated support, system integration via API, and feedback-driven product improvements. Focus on resolving account issues under pressure, facilitating internal cross-team coordination, and supporting client business growth.

Location: Remote (South East Asia / APAC)

What you will do

  • Serve as dedicated point of contact for VIP and institutional customers across hirify.global products and communication channels.
  • Guide customers on system integration, including API usage, and provide first-line support for account and system issues.
  • Represent customer needs to internal teams like account, finance, risk, and products.
  • Collect feedback, manage projects for product changes, and deliver timely system/product updates.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years in client/trading desk support in financial services.
  • Solid understanding of trading platforms, exchanges, orders, and execution.
  • Experience playing a client manager role supporting growth and business development.
  • Understanding of crypto derivative trading products.
  • Outstanding problem-solving under high pressure and excellent cross-departmental communication.
  • Bilingual English/Mandarin mandatory to coordinate with overseas partners.
  • Able to participate in on-call rotation.

Nice to have

  • Hands-on experience in API trading.
  • Understanding of cryptocurrency concepts like blockchain transactions.
  • Knowledge of derivatives and other trading products like futures.
