What you will do

• Own the social strategy approach across key accounts and new business, focusing on audience insights and creator approaches.
• Translate cultural and platform insights into actionable strategic direction for influencer content.
• Lead the development of social-first creative territories and formats across TikTok, Reels, and Shorts.
• Deliver compelling pitch narratives to win confidence and expand client partnerships.
• Mentor and coach the strategy team to improve storytelling and presentation craft.
• Ensure all social-first ideas are commercially viable and operationally sound.

Requirements

• Significant experience in social strategy and creative leadership within influencer marketing or social-first environments.
• Deep knowledge of the influencer ecosystem and platform mechanics.
• Proven track record of winning and expanding client partnerships through strong pitching skills.
• Ability to distill complex insights into clear frameworks and recommendations.
• Must have the right to work in the United Kingdom.
• Ability to work from the London office approximately four days a week.
