What you will do

• Monitor and optimize BigQuery infrastructure for query performance and stability.
• Develop and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines integrating data from Lattice, payroll, and internal systems.
• Perform data cleaning and preparation on complex datasets for accurate performance reporting.
• Build data models, dashboards, and reports translating People Performance team requirements.
• Provide technical support and reports for appraisal calibration and compensation reviews.
• Create and maintain documentation for data models and tools.

Requirements

• English B2+ required for technical communication.
• Strong experience in Python, advanced SQL, and Spark for large-scale datasets.
• Proficiency in Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery) and data infrastructure management.
• Expertise in Looker Studio, Power BI, or similar for operational dashboards.
• Experience configuring tools like Lattice, DataCamp, PSA, and Google Workspace.
