What you will do

• Analyze complex datasets to address strategic business questions and provide portfolio health insights across genres
• Translate analyses into actionable recommendations that drive decisions for cross-functional stakeholders
• Define KPI frameworks, lead deep-dives, and build scalable data products to optimize LTV and loyalty
• Develop cross-portfolio reporting for self-serve access to insights and strategic alignment
• Leverage AI to accelerate analysis, automate workflows, and enhance decision-making
• Partner with Data Science and Engineering to integrate advanced analytics into data products

Requirements

• 3+ years as Data Analyst, preferably in analysis, scientific, research, or consulting role
• Strong SQL skills and comfort with large datasets; BigQuery exposure a plus
• Experience with visualization tools like Looker, Tableau, or Qlikview
• Python for data analysis
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets knowledge
• B.S. in quantitative field (Math/Stats, Economics, CS, Engineering, Physics or similar); graduate degree a plus
• Strong presentation, storytelling, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills

Nice to have

• Prior experience in gaming industry
• Interest in leveraging AI as co-pilot for analytics
