What you will do

• Supervise field operatives and sub-contractors to deliver client orders on time, safely, and to quality standards.
• Manage onsite QA, inspections, defect rectification, and best practices sharing.
• Coordinate works with programme requirements, teams, clients, and local authorities.
• Handle incident reporting, job pack validation, stock management, and daily activity planning.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety standards, including risk assessments, PPE, and site rules.
• Conduct plant/tool checks, capture records, and liaise with third parties for seamless execution.

Requirements

• HSG47 certification
• Driving Licence with ability to tow (C1E)
• Setting to work experience
• Basic Electrical Safety Competency (BESC)
• First Aider
• Banksman
• Slinger / Signaller
• Experienced plant operator (tractor & trailer, excavator 360 & 180, front loaders, roller, bulldozer, dumpers)
• Operation of hand held power / mechanical tools and strimmer (petrol)
• Environmental Awareness
• SSSTS/SMSTS or NRSWA (Supervisor)
• Digital Literacy
