Civils Supervisor - Scotland

Location: Crosshills Farm, Alness, Scotland, United Kingdom. Onsite role involving field and construction-site supervision.

What you will do

• Supervise direct labour teams and subcontractors to ensure safe, compliant, timely, and high-quality delivery.
• Coordinate daily activities, programme alignment, job packs, resources, materials, and plant requirements.
• Manage onsite quality assurance, inspections, defect rectification, and construction records.
• Act as the first-line interface between field operatives, subcontractors, clients, planners, local authorities, and operational teams.
• Report incidents, deviations, variations, and operational issues while providing updates to the back office and client.
• Ensure completion of as-built drawings, track sheets, GRNs, and contemporary records required for invoicing.

Requirements

• Civils qualification and experience supervising field operatives and subcontractors.
• HSG47, Basic Electrical Safety Competency, First Aid, Banksman, and Slinger/Signaller qualifications.
• Driving licence with towing ability, including C1E.
• SSSTS, SMSTS, or NRSWA Supervisor qualification.
• Experience operating plant such as excavators, loaders, rollers, bulldozers, dumpers, tractors, and trailers.
• Digital literacy, environmental awareness, and experience using handheld power and mechanical tools.
