What you will do

• Lead, mentor, coach, and manage CTMs, PCTMs, and MCTMs to support skill development and performance.
• Provide oversight across clinical programs and trial management.
• Partner with leadership to improve CTM processes, quality, efficiency, and KPI achievement.
• Collaborate on resourcing, staffing, and strategic action plans for direct reports.
• Identify risks, ensure compliance, and develop SOPs, templates, and work instructions.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and training of CTM staff.

Requirements

• Graduate or postgraduate degree in scientific or health-related field
• 10+ years in clinical research, including operations in pharma or CRO
• Experience managing clinical aspects of complex global trials
• Previous line management of CTMs
• Working knowledge of ICH GCP and clinical development process
• Excellent communication, organizational skills, and Microsoft Office proficiency
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally
