What you will do

• Act as a technical advisor for Communications, Security, Electrical, Electronic, Utility, and Broadband solutions.
• Design high-quality and detailed Data Center Infrastructure using Microsoft Visio.
• Collaborate with Sales and suppliers to build solutions meeting customer expectations and future needs.
• Educate sales teams on supported technologies to strengthen customer engagement.
• Evaluate project opportunities and determine necessary resource requirements.
• Support and participate in the Global Training Program.

Requirements

• US applicants only.
• BICSI RCDD certification is required.
• Associate's Degree or equivalent technical experience; Bachelor's in engineering preferred.
• 5 years of experience in design, implementation, and/or commissioning within the technical field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Visio.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.

Nice to have

• Additional data-center design certifications such as CDCDP or DCDC.
