What you will do

• Lead and manage engineering teams of 12+ engineers across multiple pods and other managers.
• Ensure process and product alignment while developing team through 1-1s, mentorship, and feedback.
• Contribute to company strategy, product roadmap, and engineering organization growth.
• Provide technical guidance and support high-performing teams delivering business outcomes.
• Build cross-functional relationships with Product, Design, and Business teams.

Requirements

• 5-7+ years as Engineering Manager leading multiple teams/managers; 3-5+ years as Software Engineer.
• Experience leading teams of 12+ engineers and managing managers.
• Strong product mindset, technical foundation, and track record of high-performing teams.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
• BS/MS in Computer Science or related field.

Nice to have

• Prior experience with Python, React, and AWS infrastructure.
• Experience in health tech or building user-facing products.
