Salary: $224,000 - $280,000

What you will do
- Lead and manage engineering teams of 12+ engineers across multiple pods and other managers.
- Ensure process and product alignment while developing team through 1-1s, mentorship, and feedback.
- Contribute to company strategy, product roadmap, and engineering organization growth.
- Provide technical guidance and support high-performing teams delivering business outcomes.
- Build cross-functional relationships with Product, Design, and Business teams.
Requirements
- 5-7+ years as Engineering Manager leading multiple teams/managers; 3-5+ years as Software Engineer.
- Experience leading teams of 12+ engineers and managing managers.
- Strong product mindset, technical foundation, and track record of high-performing teams.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
- BS/MS in Computer Science or related field.
Nice to have
- Prior experience with Python, React, and AWS infrastructure.
- Experience in health tech or building user-facing products.
