What you will do
- Follow prescribed processes, systems, and procedures for schedule adherence and tool utilization.
- Handle inbound requests, escalations, support incidents, service requests, and orders using KMBS systems.
- Communicate clearly with customers, convey technical information, and determine best course of action for resolutions.
- Identify urgent issues, escalate technically, and follow through on commitments with research.
- Document troubleshooting examples and participate in learning to improve customer experience.
- Complete assigned projects, tasks, and domain-specific duties as detailed in the posting.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as help desk or service technician.
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of call center systems and applications; aptitude to learn KM product knowledge.
- CompTIA A+, N+, Microsoft network and Windows certifications preferred.
- Strong customer service, problem-solving, advanced troubleshooting, and multi-tasking in fast-paced environment.
- Computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); occasional travel; subject to background checks, credit check, drug testing.
- Outward Associate certification required within first 6 months.
