TL;DR

GSD Technical Specialist I: Perform basic technical support to resolve customer reported issues on hirify.global core products, technology, and services with an accent on handling inbound requests, escalations, and customer-specific procedures. Focus on communicating technical information clearly, identifying urgent situations, and continuously improving issue resolution through learning and documentation.

Location: Remote (Odessa, Texas)

What you will do

  • Follow prescribed processes, systems, and procedures for schedule adherence and tool utilization.
  • Handle inbound requests, escalations, support incidents, service requests, and orders using KMBS systems.
  • Communicate clearly with customers, convey technical information, and determine best course of action for resolutions.
  • Identify urgent issues, escalate technically, and follow through on commitments with research.
  • Document troubleshooting examples and participate in learning to improve customer experience.
  • Complete assigned projects, tasks, and domain-specific duties as detailed in the posting.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as help desk or service technician.
  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of call center systems and applications; aptitude to learn KM product knowledge.
  • CompTIA A+, N+, Microsoft network and Windows certifications preferred.
  • Strong customer service, problem-solving, advanced troubleshooting, and multi-tasking in fast-paced environment.
  • Computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); occasional travel; subject to background checks, credit check, drug testing.
  • hirify.global Outward Associate certification required within first 6 months.
